  • Can I be invoiced or pay by check instead of through the site?
    Yes, please send us a note through the "Contact" link above to let us know what you would like to purchase and we'll invoice you directly.   • What is SACS's tax ID number?
    When you check out you'll be provided with SACS Tax ID number. For security purposes we don't have it displayed openly on the site. Contact us with any additional questions.
  • When is the deadline to submit my ad?
    All ads must be submitted through the site no later than August 1st. This gives us enough time to review/edit each ad before it goes to print later in August.
  • Are there any file type or resolution requirements for submitted ads?
    To ensure your ad looks amazing please submit your ad with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, using one of the following formats: JPG, TIF, PNG, or PDF
  • I'd like to purchase more than one item, can I do that all at once?"
    Definitely! Just add your items to your cart, when you are finished shopping you can check out all at once.
  • Do I need to upload my ad at the time of purchase?
    No, you can upload your ad once it's ready for publishing, no later than July 15th.
